Cookery School

Our classes which have been running for a number of years now, are a fun and informative way of learning more about cooking styles and techniques. Each class is designed around a three course dinner with wines especially chosen to suit each of the dishes being served and prepared by yourselves.

The evenings, which run from September to April in West Cork open up with a cocktail reception followed by an introduction from our chef who explains the format for the class. You and your class mates go into the kitchen being shown how to prepare the first of the evenings dishes, then retiring back to the restaurant to be served the fruits of your labours along with the chosen wines. The evenings then continues in the same vein through the second and third courses all the time being guided by our creative chefs into the whys and wherefores of cooking.

After much banter and a fair old craic everyone winds down with coffees, satisfied that we have all had great time and have taken your first steps on the road to a kitchen supremo!
